is automatically transmitted to us. These are:
This data is not merged with other data sources.

7 Third country

In the case of e-mail communication, no guarantee can be given that the data will remain within the EU. Due to the way the Internet works, it may be technically possible that an e-mail is routed from us to you or vice versa via a server to an insecure third country.

8 Data security

We have taken technical and organisational precautions to ensure that our data processing systems are protected against unauthorised access. Confidential data is also protected against unauthorised access by third parties.

However, it must be remembered that data transmission via the Internet is not (absolutely) secure and it cannot be ruled out that, for example, during data transmission via the Internet, third parties may gain unauthorized knowledge of the transmitted data.

Various security measures are used to protect the data from loss, misuse and manipulation. If you have any questions about this, please contact our data protection officer.

9 Data modification and data deletion, data access

Incorrect or invalid data can be changed at any time.

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to have your personal data stored by us changed, blocked or deleted at any time. If there is no legal or statutory obligation to the contrary, data to be deleted will be deleted, otherwise blocked.

If personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, it will be deleted by us, unless this is contrary to statutory storage obligations, otherwise blocked (unless you have expressly agreed to another type of use).

We carry out regular data backups; data is therefore only completely deleted with the next data backup.

Access to data that is blocked instead of deleted can only be made within the framework of the regulations that have made blocking necessary (i.e. if data may not be deleted, e.g. due to a tax retention period, the blocked data may only be used for this tax purpose).

The IP address is stored for 7 days. Different storage periods for newsletters (registration, consent and cancellation) can be found under point 11 Newsletter.

10 Information & Revocation

On request, we will provide information at any time about what personal data we have stored about you, for what purpose, and whether and if so, to whom data has been passed on.

A given consent to the use or disclosure of personal data can be revoked at any time without giving reasons.

Please address requests for information and declarations of revocation to
RAW-Partner
Data protection officer
Elsenheimerstraße 43
80687 München
or e-mail contact to the Data Protection Officer: datenschutzbeauftragter@raw-partner.de

11 Newsletter

We send out newsletters to inform about news.

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data will not be collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use these data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass them on to third parties.

After registering for newsletters on the RAW-Partner website, each user will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided (so-called double opt-in procedure). Only after clicking the link contained in this e-mail the registration is completed.

Once given consent to receive newsletters can be revoked at any time via a link at the end of each e-mail or by sending a message to info@raw-Partner.de.

Registrations for newsletters are recorded on the basis of our legitimate interest in being able to prove the registration and consent of a user at any time (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

Registration, consent and cancellation are recorded. According to established case law, the logs must be kept for three years after deregistration and are then deleted.

12 Web analysis

In order to optimise our websites and adapt them to the changing habits and technical requirements of our users, we use tools for so-called web analysis. Here we measure, for example, which elements are visited by the users, whether the information sought is easy to find, etc. This information only becomes interpretable and meaningful when a larger group of users is considered. For this purpose, the collected data is aggregated, i.e. combined into larger units.

This enables us to adapt the design of pages or optimise content if, for example, we discover that a relevant proportion of visitors use new technologies or find existing information difficult or impossible to find.

RAW-Partner does not profile visitors, use retargeting technologies or measure customer journey. Therefore we are not interested in the behaviour of an individual, nor in the person behind it.

Through structural measures (separation of databases and responsibilities) we ensure that statistical data, which we collect and process for web analysis purposes, at no time contain or can be linked to personal data.

Occasionally we check our measurements by using analysis tools that do not process statistical data on our servers. In doing so, we make sure beforehand that your anonymity is maintained by creating user profiles only using a pseudonym and not merging them with the bearer of the pseudonym.

In this case we will also inform you separately on our website.

13 Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (following: Google). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation on these websites, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

The purposes of data processing are to evaluate the use of the website and to compile reports on activities on the website. Based on the use of the website and the internet, further associated services are then to be provided. The processing is based on the legitimate interest of the website operator.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: Browser Add On to deactivate Google Analytics.

You can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by clicking here to deactivate Google Analytics. An opt-out cookie is set to prevent future collection of your information when you visit this site.

In addition or as an alternative to the browser add-on, you can prevent tracking by Google Analytics on our pages by clicking this link. This will install an opt-out cookie on your device. This prevents Google Analytics from tracking this website and this browser in the future as long as the cookie remains installed in your browser.

14 Using script libraries (Google Web Fonts)

In order to display our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries on this website, such as Google Web Fonts (www.google.com/webfonts/). Google Web fonts are cached in your browser to avoid multiple loading. If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts or prevents access, content will be displayed in a default font.

Calling up script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. It is theoretically possible - although it is currently unclear whether and for what purposes - that the operators of such libraries collect data.

The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: www.google.com/policies/privacy/

15 Using Adobe Typekit

We use Adobe Typekit for the visual design of our website. Typekit is a service provided by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd. that gives us access to a font library. To integrate the fonts we use, your browser must connect to an Adobe server in the USA and download the font required for our website. This will inform Adobe that your IP address has been used to access our website. For more information about Adobe Typekit, please refer to Adobe's privacy policy, which can be found at www.adobe.com/privacy/typekit.html

16 cookies

Like many other websites, we also use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small text files that are transferred to your hard disk by a website server. This automatically provides us with certain data such as IP address, browser used, operating system and your connection to the Internet.

Cookies cannot be used to start programs or transfer viruses to a computer. We can use the information contained in cookies to make navigation easier for you and to enable our web pages to be displayed correctly.

Under no circumstances will the data we collect be passed on to third parties or linked to personal data without your consent.

Of course, you can always view our website without cookies. Internet browsers are regularly set to accept cookies. In general, you can deactivate the use of cookies at any time via the settings of your browser. Please use the help functions of your Internet browser to find out how to change these settings. Please note that individual functions of our website may not work if you have deactivated the use of cookies.

We also use cookies to measure when your browser last visited our site. This enables us to recognise whether it is a repeat visit (repeat visitors typically have a different, usually very specific interest in content). We also want to measure whether the content of our pages is interesting enough for you and whether or where we should increase our commitment to it. We do not wish to, will not and cannot identify you personally as a result and would be pleased if you would allow us to measure repeat visits using cookies.

Please also note the information under Web Analysis.

Foreign cookies, i.e. cookies not set by our web servers, are never searched for or evaluated by us.

We use the following cookies:
Cookie name(s)
google_ga
Server
RAW-Partner.de
Intended use
Permanent Cookie

You always have the possibility to decide yourself whether and which cookies are allowed or not allowed on your computer. Use the settings of your web browser for this purpose. However, if you restrict or block the use of cookies, this may result in functional restrictions or error messages.

17 Social networks

On external social networks – such as Xing, LinkedIn, Kununu, Google+, Facebook, slide share and/or YouTube - we may have created profiles that can be used in particular to find out about us and current events. These networks are only used by us; please note the terms of use and data protection conditions applicable there. We have no influence on the behaviour of the individual providers.

Individual pages of our offer are linked to external social networks. The link is indicated by a clickable button, but is not yet activated at the time the website is loaded. Only when you click on the button is the connection to the external network established.

This ensures that personal data such as your IP address is only sent to the external network when you expressly request it. Please note that the IP address of your browser session can be linked to your own profile on the respective social network if you are registered (logged in) there at that time. Likewise, your visit to our website can be linked to your profile with the social network if the latter recognizes you via a previously set cookie of the social network that is still present on your computer.

18 Use of data by users

Personal data published by us on a website (e.g. employees, references) may only be used for the stated purposes or for self-information. The commercial use of such data or to send unwanted advertising (spam) is prohibited.

If we have stored personal data and these are only intended for a limited circle of users, no user may make them accessible, collect, process or use them if he or she does not (no longer) have the necessary authorisation to do so.

19 Changes to our data protection regulations

We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always meets the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services. The new data protection declaration then applies to your renewed visit.
